ABOUT YOUR COACHES

Important:

1. If you are booking a coach for the first time, you are required to book a Discovery Call with them, to see if you are a good fit. Kindly book a Discovery Call before booking a 1-on-1 session. (Does not apply to group coaching.)

2. You are required to send payment as soon as a coach APPROVES the session. It will be set to PENDING at first so that the coaches can verify their availability. The payment details are provided in the booking form. Once you have sent payment, please e-mail a screenshot of successful payment to the coach’s email. Take note that we do not issue refunds. 

3. For group coaching, the order of the spots happen in alphabetical order, using the student’s last name. 

4. Remember to have fun and be professional. Coaching sessions are a no judgment zone! ✨
